The Yellow Meets Blue Collection

This collection came from a series of color experiments I've made. Some pieces are monochromatic "solos":  pure blue and white or pure yellow and white. Other pieces in this fluid painting collection started as "duets" of blue and yellow hues. But, with fluid paintings, two colors quickly becomes three as hues merge and blend. In some paintings, I challenged myself to avoid making green, despite the dramatic movement of flowing paint. In other paintings, I embraced the green.
